No. Beginner and experienced athletes are welcome. We'll help identify an appropriate starting point.
You'll receive a short facility walkthrough, see the gym environment, and have time for general program questions. Athletes do not participate during a tour.
Comfortable athletic clothing, athletic shoes, hair secured away from the face, and no jewelry. Bring water.
No. Trial classes are an introduction. Team placement, roster positions, and skill levels require staff evaluation and cannot be guaranteed.
