Is Jade's Cheer Gem a nonprofit?
Jade's Cheer Gem is presented as a nonprofit youth organization. Approved legal and tax-status documentation is available to prospective sponsors by request after administrative review.
How are sponsorship funds used?
Funds support approved athlete-assistance and program expenses such as tuition, competition fees, uniforms, practice wear, shoes, equipment, travel-related costs, and athlete development. Funds are paid to and managed by JCG, not given directly to families.
Can I sponsor one specific athlete?
You may indicate an athlete-assistance preference, but JCG maintains control over final allocation and protects applicant privacy. A sponsor does not receive confidential family details.
Will I receive a receipt or acknowledgment?
JCG prepares the appropriate confirmation after payment is verified. A charitable contribution, business sponsorship with recognition benefits, in-kind contribution, anonymous contribution, and recurring contribution may require different acknowledgment language.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Sponsors should consult their tax advisor.
Can my business receive recognition?
Yes, depending on the selected sponsorship level, administrator approval, availability, and any written sponsorship terms. Recognition is not published automatically after form submission or payment.
Can I sponsor anonymously?
Yes. Select the anonymous option on the interest or contribution-request form. JCG will still retain the private records needed to manage the contribution.
Can I contribute monthly?
You may request monthly giving. Recurring payment is complete only after a secure processor schedule has been established and confirmed.
Can I donate products or services?
Yes. Describe the proposed in-kind support in the sponsor interest form and select a custom proposal. JCG will confirm acceptance, delivery, recognition, and acknowledgment separately.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Select Request an invoice on the sponsor interest or contribution-request form.
Can I request a W-9 or nonprofit documentation?
Yes. Select the requested documents on the sponsor interest form. Sensitive or controlled documents are provided only after JCG approval and are not automatically published.
How are athletes selected for assistance?
Applications are reviewed using written program criteria, available funding, urgency, other resources, requested amount, participation status, prior assistance, family contribution, program compliance, and special circumstances. No family is approved or denied solely by an algorithm.
Does submitting an application guarantee assistance?
No. Awards depend on eligibility, available funds, team placement, program participation, current needs, and formal JCG approval.
Will athlete information be shared publicly?
Not without appropriate written consent. JCG does not publish family income, hardship details, addresses, school information, medical details, or a child's full legal identity in connection with financial need.
Can sponsors attend JCG events?
Possibly, depending on the sponsorship agreement, event schedule, capacity, and event rules.
Can my company create a custom partnership?
Yes. Request a customized proposal or sponsorship meeting through the interest form.
