Are beginners welcome?
Yes. JCG welcomes brand-new and experienced athletes and helps families identify an appropriate starting point.
What happens on a tour?
Tours include a brief walkthrough, a look at the gym environment, and general questions. Athletes do not participate during the tour.
When are tours available?
Monday through Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in 15-minute appointments.
How does the $25 class work?
Choose a Monday-through-Thursday class day. The class runs from 6:30 to 7:15 PM. Jackrabbit handles payment, policies, and waivers.
What should my athlete wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes, hair secured away from the face, no jewelry, and bring water.
Can someone guarantee a team or level?
No. Team, roster, and level decisions require staff evaluation and cannot be guaranteed online.
