JCG collects only the information needed to answer questions, manage recruitment and sponsorship follow-up, review athlete-assistance requests, and operate the website responsibly.
The site may collect contact details, athlete information submitted by a parent or guardian, program or sponsorship preferences, application information, uploaded supporting documents, consent records, source or campaign details, and authorized staff notes.
Information is used to respond, recommend next steps, manage tours or trial interest, evaluate sponsorship opportunities, review confidential athlete-assistance requests, provide requested follow-up, maintain program records, and improve website performance.
Sensitive family application details are encrypted before database storage. Supporting documents are stored in protected, non-public storage and can be reviewed only by authorized assistance reviewers. Ordinary notification emails do not include athlete, household, financial, or document details.
Parents or legal guardians should provide athlete information. Do not submit medical details through the public assistant, sponsor forms, or general contact forms. Provide only information necessary for the confidential assistance review.
Sponsor names, logos, athlete stories, testimonials, and photos are not published automatically. JCG requires administrative approval and, where applicable, appropriate written consent.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of website information, email cheercoor@jadescheergem.com. Legal, safety, retention, and financial-record requirements may limit some deletion requests.
